ONLINE ZODIAC
How the Academic Zodiac was made available?
Essentially, the zodiac is online since 1972. It went through its BBS phase in
the eighties, swarmed USENET and is present on modern day social networks.
WHY IS IT NOT
PRESENT AS FREE SERVICE SUCH AS FACEBOOK APPLET?
For now, you
will have to use the free services available but we prefer the original NASA
JPL ephemerides. We don’t know what Facebook is. We have no idea how they
handle Copyright. The zodiac is of course worth 6 777 777 777 Facebooks. We can
not post something so expensive on something so cheap, can we? There would be
no purpose in doing so without lengthy legal procedures. Once the data are
online, there is no telling who may resample them for one’s own use. The
material is digitally protected copyright.
ARE THERE
LIMITS TO ZODIACAL AVAILABILITY?
Many! The
zodiac is a rare initiation. In the recent past, only certain selected occult
nobility was allowed to take a vow. Historical limits abound as many of the
features were not even available at any price at all! The world knew no zodiac
and had no zodiac. Zodiacal License gets rarely issued and that only for those
found worthy of higher initiation. One is not allowed to peruse the zodiac
without a due license. Of course, one can not use it at all without due and
expensive training. At present, the zodiac is vanishing from the web due to a
deadline. Thousands of publications will expire by mid October 2011, never to
be republished again.
WHY THE
SECRECY?
The zodiac is
no freeware. Truth has many enemies. In the past, pseudo-scientists have
harassed and robbed other scientists. Tesla and Cruto are often rendered as
examples as victimized by unscrupulous people. The public does not know to whom
they owe the electric bulb, much as selfish industry was strongly reluctant as
concern wireless energy transport. Our strong sympathies for Cruto and Tesla
set us on the defensive side. The zodiac is Italian. This simple fact may stir
envy in other races. The Chinese are viewed with sympathy which may offend e.g.
the Japanese. There is every reason for caution. You don’t want the zodiac to
fall into the wrong hands, do you? Oh, but you do. It won’t.
